Establish and manage a comprehensive program risk and issue register, including risk identification, impact assessment, mitigation planning, ownership, and escalation tracking.

Consolidate workstream updates into clear, concise executive-level status reports for senior leadership.

Standardize program reporting by defining common status metrics, reporting templates, data definitions, and governance routines across teams.

Partner with workstream leads to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to program outcomes, delivery milestones, and key decisions.

Identify cross-workstream dependencies, timeline risks, and execution gaps, and proactively drive resolution.

Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive decks for VP meetings, weekly program reviews, and SteerCos, with a strong focus on clarity, narrative flow, and decision support.

Translate detailed project data into executive-ready insights, including key accomplishments, risks, decisions needed, milestone health, and next steps.

Facilitate governance forums by driving agenda development, collecting inputs, tracking action items, and following through on leadership decisions.

Ensure program communications are consistent, professional, data-driven, and tailored to executive audiences.

7+ years of program management, PMO, or portfolio management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.

Proven experience building integrated plans across multiple workstreams and managing program-level governance.

Strong experience maintaining risk registers, issue logs, dependency tracking, and escalation processes.

Demonstrated ability to consolidate large volumes of project information into executive-ready summaries and status reports.

Expert-level PowerPoint skills with a strong ability to create polished, visually clear, and leadership-ready presentations.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to standardize reporting structures and metrics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience facilitating SteerCos, executive reviews, or governance forums preferred.

Experience working in large enterprise programs, transformation initiatives, or highly matrixed organizations preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred.
