The Sr. Technical Onboarding Specialist for Integration & Delivery (Enterprise Payments) plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction for our financial services clients technical onboarding experience. This position is responsible for leading complex integration projects that enhance customer experience during the onboarding process. The individual will be tasked with developing and delivering customer-facing training, ensuring that clients have seamless experience when integrating with their systems.
This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and non-technical aspects of client onboarding, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. In this role, you will drive market benchmarking and gather voice-of-customer insights for a specific segment of clients, aiming to deliver a best-in-class technical onboarding process. You will lead a segment of onboarding projects that implement their solutions, ensuring that the onboarding content and training materials are tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders within client organizations.
Collaboration with Systems Integrators and client developer partners will be essential to accelerate the time to market for client integrations. Additionally, you will track and manage the time to revenue for client onboardings, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills, as you will be expected to lead technical onboarding projects that involve API integrations, SFTP, EDI, XML, and TXT Batch Files.
Your ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines will be crucial to your success in this role. Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary, as you will be presenting senior leadership and working closely with various teams to ensure smooth onboarding experience for clients.
Responsibilities:- Drive market benchmarking and voice-of-customer for a segment of clients to deliver a best-in-class technical onboarding process.
- Lead a segment of onboarding projects to implement the banks solutions.
- Manage the onboarding content and training materials aimed at technical & non-technical stakeholders within our client's organizations.
- Work with Systems Integrators/Client developer partners to accelerate time to market for client integrations.
- Track and manage time to revenue for client onboardings.
Requirements:- 7+ years of relevant customer success experience with FinTech, Banks, or e-Commerce.
- At least 5+ years of experience delivering technical onboardings to clients.
- Technical expertise is sufficient to lead a technical onboarding project - including API integrations, SFTP, EDI, XML, and TXT Batch Files.
- Experience in project planning & management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Expertise in developing client facing workshop materials for technical onboarding.
- Proven written and oral communication skills include senior leadership presentation.
