Oracle OLC Functional Lead

Our client is looking for an Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) Functional Lead for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) Functional Lead

Location: Remote – Travel as needed (NYC, NY)

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) with at least 3 end-to-end implementation projects.
• Extensive experience designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Learning Cloud including Catalog, Courses, Offerings, Learning Journeys, Certifications, ILT, and VILT.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruiting, along with native integrations.
• Experience leading global Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and full project lifecycle delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Learning & Development processes, compliance training, certification management, and enterprise learning governance.
• Hands-on experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting.
• Experience defining and supporting integrations with third-party LMS/LXP content providers and a basic understanding of Oracle APIs and integration frameworks.
• Experience with data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), production deployment, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working with Healthcare industry clients is preferred.
• Oracle Learning Cloud Certification is preferred.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end functional design, configuration, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Learning Cloud solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions, requirement gathering workshops, and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Learning Cloud solutions.
• Configure Learning Catalogs, Courses, Offerings, Learning Journeys, Certifications, ILT, and VILT based on business requirements.
• Design enterprise learning architecture, governance models, compliance training frameworks, and certification processes.
• Manage data migration activities using HDL and HCM Extracts while ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Define and support integrations between Oracle Learning Cloud, Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and third-party content providers.
• Develop OTBI dashboards, BI Publisher reports, and analytics to support business reporting and compliance requirements.
• Lead SIT, UAT, production deployment, go-live planning, hypercare, and post-production support activities.
