Seasoned PO with 5+ years of experience as Technical PO
Must have skills –
DB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs
Candidate must have end-to-end inbound contact center experience as a Technical PO.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders
Ability to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated acceptance criteria
Extensive knowledge on Twilio Voice and end-to-end contact center functionalities
Self-driven with strong inter-personal skills
Ability to drive business discovery sessions independently
Ability to translate high level business needs into clearly articulated user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Own the end-to-end implementation process from a product standpoint
Preferred skills –
Familiar with Twilio Insights
Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting
Exposure to Twilio voice AI is a bonus.
