Cisco Call Manager 

Location: Cambridge, MA 

Job Description

  • Document all physical locations, wiring, routing, cabling of phone and Telco devices around the
  • campus
  • Assist in fixing of legacy phones & legacy analog devices situated within the campus
  • Assist in telecom transformation project of moving from Cisco to MS Teams telephony. This includes
  • handling, placement, connecting new devices. Follow instructions for configuring new phones.
  • Assist in troubleshooting any phone related issues.
  • Liaise with different stake holders, users, central teams, Telco providers related to telecom activity

Desired Skillset:

·                Telecom wiring knowledge.

  • Basic telephony knowledge and skills are essential

Mandatory Skills: Cisco Call Manager IPT .
