HRIT Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Warren, MI that is seeking a HRIT Systems Analyst.

Summary:
This role sits within the HR Technology or People Technology group, partnering closely with Enterprise IT. The purpose of the team is to manage and optimize all HR systems-including Workday, recruiting systems, learning tools, and analytics platforms-while ensuring seamless integrations, strong governance, and a positive employee experience. Key projects usually involve upgrading HR platforms, modernizing integrations, implementing new talent and learning technologies, improving data analytics, and supporting global HR operations. This is a great opportunity to work on highly visible, enterprise-level systems initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
* REST and SOAP API knowledge
* Advanced Excel experience (PowerQuery, pivot tables, complex formulas)
* Hands-on experience with new AI/intelligence tools
* Exposure to GM HR enterprise processes
* Experience implementing new third-party HR and talent technologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
