At Quicksilver Scientific, we are on a mission to deliver cutting-edge nutraceuticals and detoxification solutions through our advanced formulations and delivery systems. As we scale our business, we are seeking a high-impact NetSuite Administrator to own and optimize the ERP platform that powers our finance, order management, and fulfillment operations.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work across Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, and IT to ensure NetSuite supports a fast-growing business. You'll play a key role in improving workflows, strengthening financial data accuracy, and ensuring our order-to-cash process runs smoothly from order placement to fulfillment and reporting.

What You'll Own
NetSuite Platform Administration
- Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator, managing system configuration and improvements
- Configure and maintain roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and custom fields
- Create and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and reports
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability and scalability
Finance & Accounting Operations Support
- Partner closely with Finance to support order-to-cash, billing, invoicing, payment processing, deposits, and reconciliation
- Help ensure data accuracy and financial integrity
- Maintain GL mappings and transaction integrity
- Support monthly close processes and audits
Order Management & Fulfillment Operations
- Manage sales order and fulfillment workflows including orders, item fulfillments, returns, RMAs, and adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues affecting order processing, inventory allocation, and fulfillment
- Partner with operations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Integrations & Data Flow
- Support NetSuite integrations with eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, fulfillment providers, and 3PL partners
- Monitor data synchronization and resolve integration issues
- Ensure accurate and consistent data across systems
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency using SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, scripts, or integration tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes
Internal Support & Training
- Provide NetSuite support for Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience teams
- Troubleshoot system and workflow issues
- Create documentation and training resources for internal users
What You Bring
Required Experience
- 3+ years administering NetSuite ERP
- Strong understanding of accounting workflows and financial transactions
- Experience supporting:
- Sales orders
- Fulfillment workflows
- Inventory transactions
- Proficiency with Saved Searches, Custom Forms, SuiteFlow, and Roles & Permissions
- Experience in the order-to-cash lifecycle
Preferred Experience
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- Experience supporting eCommerce integrations
- Familiarity with SuiteScript, NetSuite APIs, and integration platforms (Celigo, Boomi, etc.)
- Experience with inventory management and fulfillment operations
- Background in high-volume transactional environments

Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 per year
