12+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and workflow development.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Case Management.
Expertise in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Integration Hub.
Experience designing and implementing complex workflows, approvals, SLAs, escalations, and integrations.
Strong coding skills in .NET, C#, and APIs.
Experience with ServiceNow CMS and Financial Services Operations (FSO).
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, CRM, banking systems, and enterprise applications.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and architecture.
Bachelor''''s degree in IT or related field preferred.
