Intgrateur(trice) Workday - Intgrations RHContexteCe mandat s'inscrit au sein de l'quipe des Technologies de l'information, dans le secteur corporatif, plus prcisment au sein du domaine Talents et Culture (RH).
L'quipe est responsable de l'implantation, de l'volution et du maintien des solutions RH, incluant Workday, utilis comme systme central de gestion des ressources humaines (HCM) pour l'ensemble des entits canadiennes et amricaines.
Compose d'environ 13 personnes, l'quipe volue dans un environnement hautement collaboratif. Dans un contexte de charge de travail soutenue et la suite de rcents dparts, un renfort externe temporaire est requis afin d'assurer la livraison des intgrations Workday prvues au cours du trimestre.
Objectif du rleL'Intgrateur(trice) Workday aura pour mission de soutenir l'quipe interne dans l'excution des intgrations, en travaillant en troite collaboration (en binme) avec un analyste Workday interne.
Il s'agit d'un rle
orient excution, sans responsabilit de gestion ou de leadership d'quipe.
Le mandat principal consiste concevoir, dvelopper, tester et livrer des intgrations entre Workday et des systmes externes, notamment des fournisseurs de services RH (paie, avantages sociaux, assurances, etc.) au Canada et aux tats-Unis.
Responsabilits principales- Concevoir, dvelopper et maintenir des intgrations Workday avec divers systmes externes RH
- Crer et maintenir des Reports as a Service (RaaS)
- Dvelopper des intgrations l'aide de Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Crer et utiliser des Calculated Fields afin de transformer et exposer les donnes requises
- Effectuer les tests d'extraction, de validation et de qualit des donnes
- Collaborer troitement avec l'analyste Workday interne (validation fonctionnelle, alignement des champs, coaching au besoin)
- Participer, au besoin, certaines rencontres avec les partenaires d'affaires RH
- Documenter les intgrations livres selon les standards internes

ContextThis role sits within the Information Technology function in a corporate environment, specifically supporting the Talent & Culture (HR) domain.
The team is responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of HR systems, including Workday, which serves as the core Human Capital Management (HCM) platform across Canadian and U.S. entities.
The team consists of approximately 13 members and operates in a highly collaborative environment. Due to increased workload and recent departures, an experienced external consultant is required to support the delivery of planned Workday integrations for the current quarter.
Role ObjectiveThe Workday Integration Specialist will support the internal team by executing Workday integrations, working closely in a paired setup with an internal Workday analyst.
This is a
hands-on execution role, not a lead or people management position.
The primary mandate is to design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and external systems, including HR service providers such as payroll, benefits, and insurance vendors in both Canada and the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations with external HR systems
- Create and maintain Reports as a Service (RaaS)
- Build integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Develop and leverage Calculated Fields to transform and expose required data
- Perform data extraction, validation, and quality testing
- Work closely with the internal Workday analyst (functional validation, field alignment, informal coaching)
- Participate, as needed, in meetings with HR business stakeholders
- Document delivered integrations in accordance with internal standards
Candidate ProfileCore Technical Requirements (Must-have)- Proven hands-on experience with Workday integrations
- Strong expertise in:
- Reports as a Service (RaaS)
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Calculated Fields
- Demonstrated ability to extract, transform, and expose Workday data
- Solid understanding of API-based and automated integration flows
- Workday certification is not required; practical experience is preferred
Nice-to-have Skills- Experience in complex or multi-entity HR environments
- Exposure to integrations with external HR vendors (payroll, benefits, insurance, etc.)
- Experience working with systems consuming Workday outputs (APIs, file-based integrations, automated feeds)
