Job Description:
Position: Business Operations Support Specialist
Location: REMOTE (EST/CST preferred)
Duration: Contract through 7/31/2027
Qualified candidates must be fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish, Portuguese, or French with the ability to review and interpret supplier quotes and contracts.
Purpose:
To provide regional administrative and operational support for DC Operations through a team of coordinators focused on process efficiency, compliance, communication, and execution support.
Core Responsibilities
Vendor Sourcing - Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors; maintain vendor pipeline and manage supplier relationships in alignment with Microsoft procurement standards
Contracting - Support end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, review, execution, and renewals; ensure compliance with legal and sourcing requirements
ADO Ticket Management - Create, assign, track, and resolve Azure DevOps tickets; maintain accurate ticket status and documentation; escalate blockers in a timely manner
Reporting - Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards; deliver regular cadence reporting to stakeholders on KPIs, spend, and project status
Pricing Reviews - Conduct periodic pricing analysis and benchmarking; support cost validation activities and flag anomalies or opportunities for savings
Business Process Support - Document, optimize, and execute standard operating procedures; assist in process improvement initiatives and support cross-functional workflows
Financial & Budget Support - Assist with end-to-end purchase order creation and management, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking activities
Stakeholder Coordination - Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors; facilitate communication and follow-through on action items
Compliance & Audit Readiness - Maintain accurate records and documentation to support internal audits, compliance reviews, and policy adherence
Ad Hoc Business Support - Respond to operational requests, support project-based work, and provide general business administration as needed
