Job Title: SAP ABAP Payroll Developer

Location - Remote 

Duration - 6+ Months

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in Payroll to design, develop, and support custom solutions within SAP HR/Payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ABAP development and deep understanding of payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom programs using ABAP in SAP HR/Payroll environment
Work on Payroll schemas, rules, and functions to support business requirements
Develop and enhance reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects)
Support payroll processing, troubleshooting errors, and resolving production issues
Work with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and support integrations between SAP Payroll and external systems
Perform unit testing, support UAT, and ensure high-quality deliverables
Optimize existing ABAP code for performance and efficiency
Maintain technical documentation for developments and enhancement
