Overview

We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Help Desk Specialist to provide functional and technical support for enterprise web applications. This role is responsible for triaging issues, supporting end users, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth operation of businesscritical systems. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in service management tools and a passion for solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support for webbased applications, including issue triage, prioritization, and resolution.
  • Deliver highquality customer service to end users and partner teams.
  • Collaborate with internal technical support groups to resolve escalated issues.
  • Utilize service management platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Helix, etc.) to manage incidents and requests.
  • Search, reference, and contribute to knowledge bases in Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
  • Document processes, workflows, and crossteam value streams as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting web applications in a functional or technical capacity.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience using service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or BMC Helix.
  • Ability to research and apply solutions using knowledge bases (Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred / Differentiating Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
  • Ability to write and execute SOQL queries.
  • Experience querying and analyzing data in relational databases.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Experience documenting multiteam processes and endtoend value streams.
  • 5+ years of professional experience strongly preferred.
