Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Alviso, CA that is seeking a Project Manager.

Summary:
The Project Manager will lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring work is clearly scoped, tracked, and communicated at an executive level. This is a traditional PM role focused on disciplined execution, stakeholder coordination, and transparent reporting, with regular visibility to senior leadership, including the COO.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables
* Track progress weekly against milestones, dependencies, and risks
* Produce clear, consolidated status dashboards and reporting for executive leadership, including the COO
* Lead and coordinate recurring project meetings, working sessions, and executive readouts
* Drive action item follow-up and ensure accountability across stakeholders
* Provide clear, concise executive communications on status, risks, and decisions needed
* Proactively identify issues and escalate risks or blockers as appropriate
* Ensure alignment across teams, including sales, operations, and partner channels
* Support cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP certification is a plus
* Strong command of work planning, tracking, and status reporting methods
* Experience preparing executive-level dashboards and communications
* Ability to manage multiple meetings, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously
* Knowledge of channel sales or partner-driven models is helpful
* Strong organizational, communication, and escalation judgement skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
