Business Process Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Alviso, CA that is seeking a Business Process Engineer.

Summary:
The Business Process Manager is responsible for working closely with designated workstreams to document, improve, and standardize business processes. This role focuses on creating clear, visual process documentation and partnering with stakeholders to ensure processes are well understood, scalable, and aligned to business and channel sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with workstream leads and cross-functional teams to understand current-state and future-state business processes
* Document end-to-end processes using detailed written documentation, screenshots, and visual artifacts
* Create and maintain process flows, diagrams, and swim lanes using Microsoft Visio
* Develop clear, executive- and stakeholder-ready presentations in PowerPoint to socialize processes, changes, and improvements
* Ensure documentation is accurate, easy to follow, and suitable for training, onboarding, and operational reference
* Support process alignment across teams, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies
* Facilitate working sessions and walkthroughs to validate process documentation with stakeholders
* Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to support process-related initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Business Process Manager, Business Analyst, or Process Analyst
* Strong expertise in process documentation and visualization (Visio required)
* Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex processes
* Channel sales knowledge is a must-have, including familiarity with partner or distributor models
* Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
