Job Overview: The Project Manager IV will lead and manage key client projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires a strong focus on project delivery, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation, utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Scrum Master practices, project delivery, and project management, with additional experience in tools like JIRA, Smartsheets, and Excel. This position involves hybrid work, requiring three days onsite at Willis Tower in Chicago.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement payment integrations for multiple sales channels, including contact centers.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project needs.
Qualifications: - Degree in Business Management or related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodology and sprint planning.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Smartsheets, and Excel.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Experience in application/web/contact center chatbot development project management (nice to have).

Pay Range: $70- $72
