Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Scrum Master to support a high-priority engagement. This is a fast-moving opportunity with the potential to start immediately for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing both small and large Agile teams, a solid understanding of project management fundamentals, and the confidence to enforce Scrum discipline in a demanding environment. Leadership presence and assertiveness are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities: - Facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure Agile and Scrum best practices are followed consistently across teams.
- Track sprint progress, manage impediments, and keep delivery on schedule.
- Act as a servant leader while being assertive enough to enforce process discipline.
- Support and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously as needed.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Provide visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Apply project management fundamentals alongside Scrum methodologies to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience managing small to large Agile teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and ceremonies.
- Working knowledge or hands-on experience with project management concepts.
- Assertive, proactive, and results-driven personality; able to push teams to stay on track.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Green Bay, WI (no remote option).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (must be work-authorized).
- Available to start immediately.
Nice to Have: - Experience supporting clients in logistics, transportation, or trucking domains.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Pay Range: $50 - $52/hr. W2
