Role: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Hybrid in Nashville, TN (Mostly Remote)

Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator ensures critical systems operate reliably for both external users and internal employees. By managing system configuration, user access, data integrity, and enhancements, this role directly impacts how efficiently the organization delivers services. The organization invests in this position to maintain continuity, scalability, and responsiveness of high-visibility platforms.
This role also supports ongoing modernization initiatives by improving workflows and system integrations. Ultimately, this person will help enable better user experiences and more efficient operations across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with application testing and documentation to ensure system changes are reliable and well communicated
• Data management and reporting skills to support audits, data integrity, and informed decision-making
• Experience supporting integrations and interfaces between enterprise systems
• Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders across numerous departments
• Familiarity with regulated environments is a plus due to compliance requirements

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
