Summary

Job Title: Product Owner – Workday Recruiting

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner – Workday Recruiting to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of the Workday Recruiting module. This role will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to ensure seamless alignment between recruiting processes and Workday HCM.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workday Recruiting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday Recruiting modules
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to align recruiting with HCM processes
  • Analyze and interpret recruiting reports and dashboards to support hiring decisions
  • Manage and support requisition, offer, and onboarding workflows within Workday
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Recruiting and integrations
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on system functionality and best practices
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system improvements and enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations
  • Stay updated with Workday releases and recommend continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with Workday Recruiting configuration and administration
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structures and business processes
  • Experience across the full recruiting lifecycle (requisitions, offers, onboarding)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting data and reports
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Workday security roles and access management
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Certification in Recruiting and/or HCM
  • Experience with Workday integrations and data migration
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices and recruiting technologies
