Description Digital DesignerLocation: Northlake, Texas 76262 (Hybrid Schedule)
Duration: Contract | Part-time, ~20 hours per week on average (could increase up to 40 hours as needed)
We are seeking a Digital Designer to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This role follows a hybrid schedule and is based in Northlake, Texas. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented designer who enjoys working across multiple brands and partnering closely with creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the creative team and cross-functionally with marketing partners on a daily basis.
- Design digital assets for social media and email campaigns across 3-6 different brands.
- Support ongoing campaigns by producing visually compelling, on-brand creative optimized for digital channels.
- Work within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh, engaging design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements Top 3 Must-Haves: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects.Familiarity with Email Service Providers (ESPs), including experience working with Zoho or similar platforms.An online portfolio showcasing email and social media design samples is required. Preferred Experience: Experience supporting marketing teams with digital campaign creative.
Ability to design for multiple brands with varying styles and audiences.
Strong understanding of visual design best practices for digital channels.
Skills & Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects).
Experience designing social and email assets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Comfortable working collaboratively across creative and marketing teams.
Software & Equipment: Must provide own equipment with Adobe Creative Suite fully installed.
