Qualifications & Requirements:
Required Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
o 5-8 years of experience in program/project management in one or more relevant domains:
AI / ML platforms
Data governance / data platforms
Manufacturing or industrial digitalization
Standards development or regulatory coordination
o Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives or complex technical programs.
o Strong familiarity with data management workflows, data quality, or data architecture (cloud platforms, data ingestion, metadata, data pipelines, etc.).
o Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
o Ability to work with engineering, standards, BD, and executive teams in parallel.
Preferred Qualifications
o PMP, Agile, or similar certification.
o Experience working with manufacturing data (AM process data, TIC data, CNC/machining data, in-situ sensor data) is a major plus.
o Understanding of AI agent frameworks (e.g., RAG, MoE architectures, fine-tuning workflows) or modern data governance practices.
o Prior experience with standards organizations, industry consortia, or government-funded technology programs.
