Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software platforms
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
  • Understanding of Active Directory, user account management, and device support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite and support multiple locations as needed
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Exposure to Microsoft Intune or endpoint management tools
  • Experience with imaging, software deployment, and patch management
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • Process improvement and documentation experience
