Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or equivalent training.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment principles and hiring practices.
• Experience with HR systems and tools such as HRIS and ATS.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• 0 2 years of experience in an HR or talent acquisition function.
• Experience in a global corporate environment preferred.
• Experience with mobility or immigration processes preferred.

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Source and screen qualified candidates using databases, internet resources, referrals, and networking.
• Interview applicants to assess work history, education, training, and job skills.
• Prepare, maintain, and audit employment and immigration-related records.
• Conduct global audits of immigration documentation and reports.
• Reconcile data gaps using multiple sources and platforms.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and validate information.
• Inform candidates about job opportunities, facilities, operations, and benefits.
• Identify and propose process improvements and document related changes.
• Support administrative tasks such as case authorizations in vendor tools.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, confidentiality, and company policies.

• Awareness of compliance and legal requirements related to hiring and immigration.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in cross-functional or inter-departmental teams.
