Salary Range: $69,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Design and build test fixtures and automated test systems.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and generate detailed test reports.
• Troubleshoot and debug manufacturing equipment and product defects.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product quality and testability.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production lifecycle.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
• Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and data acquisition systems.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or LabVIEW for test automation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for test automation and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
