ServiceNow Business Analyst – ITSM (Remote)
We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) to support and enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities. This role partners closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes, and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to ITSM processes
Collaborate with developers and platform teams to design and deliver ServiceNow enhancements
Support continuous improvement of Incident, Problem, Change, and Request workflows
Participate in testing, UAT, and production support activities
Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
Strong understanding of ITIL-based processes and best practices
Ability to clearly document requirements and communicate with stakeholders
