Job Overview:
Pay Range: $63hr - $68hr
  • We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead/Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integration.
  • The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning framework.
  • Experience with OmniStudio.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in SOQL, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong understanding of governor limits and Apex best practices.
  • Experience with data loading and ETL tools.
  • Experience with deployment tools such as Change Sets and migration tools.
  • Strong unit testing and debugging skills.
Experience:
  • 9+ years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, and customization.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce System Analyst or Developer.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead customization and configuration of Salesforce platform.
  • Develop integrations with external systems using APIs.
  • Implement workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Create reports and dashboards.
  • Manage deployments and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and platform limitations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure quality standards.
  • Support knowledge transfer and coordination with teams.
Should Have:
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, and web services.
  • Experience with Java or .NET.
  • Experience in healthcare domain.
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications.
Skills:
  • Salesforce LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Aura.
  • OmniStudio.
  • SOQL, JavaScript.
  • REST, SOAP APIs.
  • Data Loader and ETL tools.
  • SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Deployment and CI/CD tools.
  • Web technologies and integration.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certification:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I.
  • Salesforce App Builder Certification.
  • Platform Developer II preferred.
  • Advanced Administrator and Sales/Service Cloud certifications are a plus.
