Job Title: New Backfill: Workday HCM
Location: Charlotte NC (Onsite)
Duration: 9 months.

Primary Focus Areas:

• Workday Talent Module (Talent Manager experience preferred)
• Workday Extend development
• Workday Studio development

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on Workday development experience
• Deep knowledge of the Workday Talent module
• Experience building integrations (Studio)
• Experience building custom applications or extensions (Extend)
• Ability to operate independently and support ongoing project work

Job Description:

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and largescale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multifaceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Additional Skills:

• Prism

Note:

• Workday Extend and Workday Studio development experience.
• Building new app in WD Extend supporting workforce development / management.
• Will be working alongside existing product team.
• Will consider Chandler or Minn
