RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Pharmaceutical Project Manager Commercial IT - (Commercial IT Product Owner) for a remote contract position with the ability to go on site in Tarrytown, NY in an as needed basis if (possible).
Summary:
We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Project Manager with prior Commercial IT experience to support the delivery of IT projects and drive alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role focuses on managing project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment
* Drive delivery of IT projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and outcomes are met
* Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
* Gather and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables
* Support project planning, execution, testing, and deployment activities
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
* Track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* 5+ years of experience delivering IT projects
* Must have strong knowledge of GXP cGMP, etc.
* Managing Clinical and Commercial IT Projects
* Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
* Strong understanding of SDLC and project management practices
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
* Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft)
* Experience with data/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik)
* Industry experience regulated environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
