OVERVIEW

Senior level BPC resource with strong experience in ITOM and its related modules. Working with stakeholders & information technology team this resource will drive the design, optimization, and implementation of ITOM processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enable scalable service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the analysis, design & implementation of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and CMDB.
• Assess current state processes, identify gaps & develop future state recommendations as per company goals.
• Translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow configurations and workflows, and collaborate with technical teams ensuring solutions meet operational needs.
• Drive ITOM best practices and ITIL aligned frameworks across the organization.
• Develop & maintain process documentations (SOPs, process flows, governance frameworks, etc.).
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews & process discovery sessions to gather requirements.
• Monitor & measure process performance through KPIs & metrics, provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support change management efforts associated with ITOM implementations, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as an SME on ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, stay current on platform updates, new features & industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years working as a BPC in IT operations, out of which 4+ years w/ServiceNow ITOM.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks & IT operations best practices.
• Strong experience facilitating workshops & lead cross-functional stakeholder engagements.
• Strong expertise developing process documentation, workflows & governance materials.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVEs

• ServiceNow CSA and/or any certifications related to ITOM.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Hybrid environment.
• Good knowledge of how Azure/AWS/Google Cloud integrate with ServiceNow ecosystem.
