Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer who can contribute across both frontend and backend development in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend layers
- Build responsive, user-friendly UI components using modern frameworks
- Develop and enhance backend APIs, services, and integrations
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely resolutions
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment activities
- Work independently with minimal supervision and quickly adapt to existing codebases
Qualifications:- Strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular
- Backend experience with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python
- Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs and working within microservices architecture
- Solid understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud or containerized environments (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $55.00 and $66.25 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
