This is a hybrid role combining Product Owner and Technical Lead responsibilities for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The role requires close collaboration with internal IRM stakeholders while also providing strong technical oversight of ServiceNow IRM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with internal ServiceNow IRM stakeholders and delivery teams
Perform end-to-end Product Owner responsibilities, including:
O Backlog creation and prioritization
Requirement refinement and stakeholder coordination
Sprint planning and delivery support
Provide technical leadership and oversight for ServiceNow IRM implementations
Review, assess, and guide code developed by the ServiceNow development team
Ensure solution alignment with IRM best practices and business objectives
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM modules, including:
o Third-Party Risk Management
Policy and Compliance
Data Privacy
Risk Management
Sound knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development standards
Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation effectively
Experience in Agile delivery environments
Location Model
Both resources based onsite in Indianapolis, or
One resource onsite in Indianapolis and one resource based in India
Relevant Experience: 10-15 years
