As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and growth marketing for our fintech solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product, sales, brand and marketing teams to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue for key verticals like platforms, marketplaces, and financial institutions.
You ll play a critical role in shaping how our products are understood in the market, driving demand among decision-makers in finance, payments, banking, and related sectors.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Positioning & Messaging: Craft differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with finance and compliance leaders, risk managers, and technology buyers.
- Sales Enablement: Create pitch decks, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides that empower our sales and partnerships teams.
- Program Growth: Take the lead on program growth initiatives independently, demonstrating a proactive approach from planning to execution to results.
- Industry Insight: Stay ahead of fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and customer challenges to inform marketing and product strategies.
- Content & Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to develop campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Customer Advocacy: Partner with client success and sales teams to develop case studies, testimonials, and references from key accounts in financial services and fintech.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product, compliance, partnerships, and engineering to align launch readiness and feedback loops.
Qualifications and Skills
- 8 years fintech banking experience preferred
- Reside in Canada
- 5+ year of previous working experience working in Product Marketing
- MA degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or similar relevant field
- Outstanding communication and significant experience in digital marketing including email, social, content, SMS and mobile.
- In depth knowledge of market research and fintech industry
