Manage complex data conversion and migration activities, including data discovery, assessment, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, remediation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
Coordinate system, integration, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing activities.
Oversee defect management, triage, retesting, acceptance, and readiness tracking.
Lead deployment and go-live readiness activities, including cutover planning, training coordination, communications, operational support, and post-deployment stabilization.
Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, subcontractors, and platform providers to ensure alignment with program objectives, schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Monitor budgets, resource plans, deliverable commitments, and program performance against established baselines.
Manage fixed-price, time-and-materials, milestone-based, or deliverable-based engagements, as applicable.
Promote delivery discipline, Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and governance processes tailored to the needs of each program.
Support organizational change management, stakeholder adoption, business-process redesign, and transition to new systems and ways of working.
10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects or programs.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex SaaS implementations, digital transformation initiatives, data modernization programs, platform migrations, systems integration efforts, or process digitization projects.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional business, technical, data, vendor, customer, and executive teams.
Experience managing programs through the full implementation lifecycle, from planning and requirements through deployment and stabilization.
Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, with the ability to adapt delivery practices to formal governance and contractual environments.
Experience managing integrated schedules, critical paths, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
Experience overseeing data migration, system integration, testing, user acceptance, training, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
Ability to use data, metrics, dashboards, and analytics to support program decisions and measure outcomes.
Experience managing vendor-supported, contract-governed, fixed-price, milestone-based, or deliverable-based programs.
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain delivery momentum in complex, rapidly changing environments.

Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar platforms.
Experience delivering technology programs for public-sector, government, healthcare, financial services, utilities, or other regulated organizations.
Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise content management, customer relationship management, IT service management, enterprise resource planning, workflow automation, low-code platforms, or data and analytics solutions.
Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, SAP, Oracle, Laserfiche, SharePoint, or comparable enterprise solutions.
Experience with data governance, master data management, analytics modernization, cloud data platforms, document digitization, records management, or legacy-system modernization.
