Procurement Specialist I Provides first-line support via phone, email, and ServiceNow (CRM), ensuring timely resolution of procurement-related inquiries in alignment with departmental SLAs. Documents all interactions in ServiceNow and performs necessary follow-ups to ensure issue closure. Resolves or escalates issues related to purchase orders, vendor/product concerns, and Oracle iProcurement system usage.
