Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Distribution, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Enterprise System Integrations. The ideal candidate will combine functional business knowledge with technical capabilities to support data architecture, integrations, and process optimization initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide techno-functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
Analyze and optimize business processes related to inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, distribution, and warehouse operations.
Design, develop, and maintain Entity Relationship (ER) models and database structures to support reporting, integrations, and analytics requirements.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation processes.
Analyze, document, and manage end-to-end data flows across ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other enterprise applications.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across integrated platforms and business systems.
Support system integration initiatives involving ERP, WMS, APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party applications.
Analyze and resolve issues related to data mapping, interface failures, data synchronization, and system connectivity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
Create technical and functional documentation, process flows, integration specifications, and solution designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes including Inventory Management, Order Management, Distribution, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.
Advanced expertise with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization, and Performance Tuning.
Strong knowledge of Entity Relationship (ER) Modeling, Data Architecture, and Database Design.
Experience with enterprise data integration, data mapping, data migration, and data flow management.
Hands-on experience integrating ERP systems with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of API-based integrations, middleware platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Experience working within large-scale, multi-system enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting supply chain transformation or process optimization initiatives.
Knowledge of reporting, analytics, and enterprise data management solutions.
Experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographic locations and time zones.
