Role Summary:

Seeking an IT Applications Operations Analyst to support large-scale SmartMeter application operations. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining application interfaces, SQL scripts, and batch processes to ensure continuous system performance and timely billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and support SmartMeter applications, interfaces, and tools
Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries and scheduling scripts
Diagnose and resolve application, data, and performance issues
Perform corrective maintenance and quality control
Support 24-hour batch processing and billing operations
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear, non-technical communication
Contribute to documentation and process improvements

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in application operations/support
Strong Linux and Oracle database experience
Experience with large-scale infrastructure/application systems
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $70.00 - $78.00 per hour.
