Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst/BA to support the Business’s MVNO partnership with T-Mobile. This role will focus on establishing end-to-end requirements traceability, supporting UAT and Employee Field Trials (EFT), and stabilizing day-to-day product operations.

Establish and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across business, technical, UAT, and EFT test cases
Participate in daily EFT triage: issue intake, prioritization, coordination, and closure
Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering/network teams

5–10 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
Strong background in Telecom; MVNO or Charter experience preferred
