Job Title: SAP IS-U Customer Service Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Consultant on behalf of our client in a remote environment. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong functional expertise in the Utilities domain, responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP IS-U Customer Service processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient customer lifecycle management, including move-in/move-out processes, billing inquiries, and service request handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, implement, and support SAP IS-U Customer Service (CS) module

  • Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle processes, including move-in, move-out, transfers, and service requests

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions

  • Maintain and enhance customer master data, including Business Partner and Contract Accounts

  • Ensure seamless integration with key IS-U components such as FI-CA, Billing & Invoicing, and Device Management

  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues to ensure system stability and performance

  • Develop functional specifications and support testing activities including SIT and UAT

  • Provide documentation and user support as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with SAP IS-U Customer Service module

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Business Partner and Contract Accounts

    • Customer master data processes

    • Utility-specific customer workflows

  • Experience with integration across:

    • FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable)

    • Billing & Invoicing

    • Device Management

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in full lifecycle SAP IS-U implementations

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA for Utilities

  • Prior experience in utilities industry (electricity, gas, or water sectors)

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
