Role: Oracle DBA with EBS
Location: HYBRID- 2x per week on site in Plano TX

Expertise
4-7 years Oracle DBA experience with EBS application on installation, testing, commissioning, trouble shooting on production and development servers.
Skilled in performance tuning, RMAN backup/recovery, Data Guard, and security.
Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and support mission-critical environments.
Education and Experience
Bachelor s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
4-7 years of experience in database administration with EBS application and operations.
Experience participating in or leading incident response and postmortem analysis processes.
Previous exposure to hybrid environments integrating on-premises data centers with public or private cloud platforms is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) environments
Perform installation, cloning, upgrades, and patching (ADOP, ADADMIN, CPU/PSU)
Manage online patching and dual file systems (fs1 / fs2)
Monitor and troubleshooting Concurrent Managers, Workflow, Forms, Reports, OAF
Analyze and resolve applications, WebLogic, and JVM issues
8+ years Oracle DBA experience on installation, testing, commissioning, trouble shooting on production and development servers.
The scope of this job is Oracle database administration, which is responsible for the installation, testing, configuration, trouble shooting and maintenance of Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g,12c and 19c technologies.
Additionally, resources will assist for disaster recovery (DR) designing, planning, and implementation processes.
Responsibility lies in configuring, managing, and reporting on all Oracle database Server environments including standalone and Clustered environments.
Train and mentor new database administrators on Oracle suite of products (11G, 12C, 18c, 19c) and troubleshooting techniques.
Make recommendations to improve performance or capacity of current environments.
Expertise on Disaster Recovery, Backup and recovery support.
Good experience on Oracle database migration.
Experience with Golden Gate is essential
Good experience on backup and recovery using RMAN integrated with CommVault/NetApps.
Shell Scripting and automation with any tool is required.
Experience on PERL/Shell scripting knowledge will be an added advantage.
