We are seeking a Business Analyst / QA Analyst to support the modernization of the MicroTower field equipment platform and the Overwatch cloud-based application. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, and end users to gather requirements, document business processes, validate system functionality, and ensure successful delivery of modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

· 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.

· Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

· Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

· Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.

· Experience validating APIs, integrations, databases, and web applications.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, TestRail, or similar platforms.

· Experience with SQL for data validation and testing.
