Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Co-Director for End User Computing, focusing on strategy while partnering with the existing director on day-to-day operations.
- Assume full responsibility for day-to-day EUC operations when the primary director is unavailable, leading a team of four managers and a total headcount of approximately 50 people.
- Drive the strategic integration of legacy end-user computing teams into a single, unified support model.
- Develop and propose a future-state support structure and regional model using internal and external data for analysis.
- Serve as a key point of contact for projects related to EUC, presenting strategies and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and navigate the cultural dynamics of a post-merger environment, building trust and encouraging adoption of new processes.
- Assess and develop the management team to drive integration and foster an empowered, collaborative culture.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Director-level experience with a deep background in End User Computing and Field Services, preferably within a hospital, ambulatory, or large-scale enterprise setting.
