Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience to support large-scale, global transformation initiatives. This role will partner closely with platform leadership and work across multiple projects, acting as a key liaison between business and technology teams. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work across multiple initiatives, particularly within ServiceNow ITSM.
- Assess and document business processes and workflow impacts.
- Partner with stakeholders globally to drive alignment and clarity.
- Support solution design discussions with technical teams.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and technical teams to ensure delivery alignment.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units to facilitate communication on ServiceNow initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including proven experience supporting large-scale or enterprise projects.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including a strong understanding of its workflows, tables, and platform architecture. Experience working within ITSM environments is also required.
General Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow certifications or actively pursuing certification.
- Experience in CPG or large enterprise organizations.
- Experience leading requirements gathering efforts.
- Exposure to global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Work Environment
This position follows a hybrid model, requiring 3 days per week onsite in the Chicagoland area. The culture is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and transformation-focused.
