Senior Project Manager

Location: South Lake, TX

Hybrid Onsite: 2-3 days per week

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a multi-year technology integration, an acquisition expanding their footprint into more tech-forward and digital-asset-aligned capabilities.

This role sits on the front line of the integration strategy, tasked with ensuring continued business-as-usual operations through 2026 while simultaneously preparing the organization for a full integration in 2027. You will help build the bridge between two operating models, support discovery and analysis, and guide cross-functional teams through SAFe-oriented delivery.

This position is tied directly to the acquisition and requires a senior professional with strong stakeholder management skills, financial services experience, and comfort operating in a large enterprise environment undergoing change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for the technology workstreams of the integration, ensuring alignment with their execution and SAFe delivery structure.
  • Partner with business, technology, and product leaders to maintain BAU operations through 2026 while driving analysis, planning, and readiness for the 2027 full integration.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource allocations across multiple internal and external teams.
  • Facilitate PI planning and Agile ceremonies within a SAFe environment.
  • Coordinate closely with senior program leadership, and integration leadership team, to ensure all deliverables and milestones remain on track.
  • Drive documentation, reporting, and executive-level communication for both MVP (2026) and full-integration (2027) phases.
  • Ensure the project bridges existing processes into the enterprise ecosystem through structured change management.


Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience within enterprise environments.
  • Financial Services experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven M&A integration experience-technology integration experience a major plus.
  • Understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) delivery.
  • Ability to operate in large-scale, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional enterprise initiatives with both MVP and long-term integration phases.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and executive reporting capabilities.
