Business Value Architect - Celonis Process Mining

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Business Value Architect - Celonis Process Mining. This role will identify process improvement opportunities, quantify business value/ROI, lead process mining implementations, create executive dashboards and drive adoption.

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
* Business process expertise (P2P, O2C, Finance)
* Familiar with process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
* Celonis platform experience
* Stakeholder management, change management experience

Senior level:
* 7+ years of experience
* Consulting background
* Must have delivered $M+ value, enterprise programs, C-suite engagement, 10+ projects

Mid Level:
* Value Architect certified
* 4-7 years of experience
* 3-5 implementations completed
* Domain expertise
* Can build ROI cases

Junior Level:
* 2-4 years of experience
* Business analyst background
* Basic process mining knowledge
* Strong analytics experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
