Process Engineer III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Process Engineer III to join their team for a remote role.

Summary:
In this role, the Process Engineer is responsible for modeling bank processes utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to provide a visual representation of the sequence of business activities and information flows. This includes the ability to facilitate process subject matter experts to provide content necessary to complete process maps making it easier for stakeholders to understand and optimize their workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Desired certifications: Six Sigma/Lean
* Experienced in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
* Ability to lead and facilitate teams or process owners and subject matter experts in documenting their process activities end to end
* Experienced in design and delivery if process hierarchy for an organization and/or enterprise
* Highly organized and efficient in the delivery of process map artifacts
* Experienced in project management and change management

Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of process management experience
* Proficient in MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
