Key Responsibilities
- Pull and analyze data from Microsoft Business Central
- Manage and maintain Excel spreadsheets currently used for planning
- Perform product allocation planning for wholesale accounts, including Amazon and Tillys
- Monitor and manage weekly drop numbers
- Own the planning process and confidently stand behind recommendations and decisions
Required Experience: 4-5 years
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
- Ability to take ownership and be highly accountable in the role
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the CFO
- CFO is highly involved, hands-on, and willing to provide training and guidance
Cross-Functional Partnerships
This role will work closely with:
- VP of Product
- Logistics Team (factory timelines, product releases, and shipping)
- Marketing Team (upcoming releases and promotions)
- Sales Team (supporting wholesale accounts)
- Warehouse and Distribution Teams
Interview Process
- First-round interview with the VP, CFO, and Logistics team (may be onsite)
- Second-round interview with the CEO
Growth Opportunity
- Candidates coming from a stronger data analytics background will be developed into a more complete Global Demand Planner
- Candidates with existing Global Demand Planning experience have strong opportunities for growth and future compensation increases within the role
