Job Description:

Support enterprise IT initiatives by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Conduct process analysis to identify gaps, improvements, and opportunities for optimization.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and clear understanding of business needs.
Coordinate testing activities, including test planning, execution support, and defect tracking, to ensure solution quality.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation across the project lifecycle.
Partner with project managers, business users, and technical teams to drive delivery and resolve issues.
Contribute to effective communication, status reporting, and traceability of requirements to ensure successful implementation and business outcomes.

Job Description

Support Product Engineering initiatives by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align needs and translate them into actionable user stories.
Manage and refine product backlogs, ensuring prioritization supports business goals and delivery timelines.
Partner closely with project managers, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive clarity, resolve dependencies, and enable smooth execution.
Assist in tracking progress, updating requirements, and ensuring traceability throughout the lifecycle.
Contribute to governance and communication efforts by providing clear documentation and status updates.
Help ensure solutions meet business needs through effective collaboration, attention to detail, and continuous engagement with stakeholders.
