M&A Project Manager (Energy/Utilities Experience REQUIRED) *REMOTE*

Description

Our customer's PMO supports enterprise-wide M&A integration initiatives following new acquisitions. The Project Manager will work closely with senior program leadership to manage pre-defined integration plans (scope, schedule, and milestones) and ensure successful execution of merger-related activities.
This role requires oversight of large-scale M&A projects, with responsibility for tracking integration progress, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and ensuring alignment across the organization.

Projects This PM Will Support

M&A Integration Projects (100%)

• Oversee post-acquisition integration efforts for newly acquired entities
• Update and maintain integration trackers, dashboards, and status reports
• Track integration flows, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Drive high-level merger and integration activities across:
  • Finance
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Data & Analytics
  • Infrastructure
  • End User Support
  • Other enterprise functions as required
• Ensure execution of integration plans without hands-on technical delivery

Work Environment

• Internal IT and business teams

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
