Job Overview:
Pay Range: $27.26hr - $32.26hr

Responsibilities:

Candidate Coordination And Scheduling:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews including phone screens, video calls, presentations, and virtual onsite interviews.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation logistics when required.
  • Ensure seamless scheduling across global time zones with high attention to detail.
Stakeholder And Candidate Communication:
  • Represent the organization professionally through all candidate interactions.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding application and interview status.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth hiring processes.
Recruiting Operations Support:
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and maintain process efficiency.
  • Support recruiting operations through coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and task execution.
  • Assist with hosting, scheduling support, and maintaining recruiting workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to team goals and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Process Efficiency And Problem Solving:
  • Manage high-volume scheduling while maintaining accuracy and organization.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues.
  • Ensure interviews run on time and follow up on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or 1 2 years of experience in coordination, recruiting, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and accountability.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior leadership candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
