Infrastructure Architect/ Delivery Lead-Remote.
Dallas local preferred with expectation to work in Dallas office (Addison); if candidate is strong, will go for remote with travel required (20-30% travel); also willing to look at Boston MA candidates with expectation to travel (20-30%)
Technical Expertise
Infrastructure implementation and migration experience.
Experience delivering DC/office network builds and connectivity (routing/switching, firewalls, VPN, WAN/SD-WAN, Wi-Fi) including integration with cloud networking.
Entra ID and M365 implementation (and carve-out migration) knowledge with hands-on experience across identity, access, collaboration, and security controls.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of automation, infrastructure-as-code, or deployment frameworks is a plus
Service Management
Understanding of IT service management practices (ITIL preferred)
Experience transitioning solutions into operational support environments
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and technical domains
Experience managing technical delivery and infrastructure projects
Strong delivery leadership: build and manage plans, RAID logs, dependencies, cutover runbooks, and vendor coordination to meet committed milestones.
Preferred Qualifications:
Service Management certification.
AWS certification (Associate level or higher or practitioner)
Experience in enterprise infrastructure or managed services environments.
Experience supporting M&A integration/separation programs, TSA exit planning, or large-scale enterprise carve-outs.
