Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant government IT project experience may be considered.
Required Qualifications
Experience managing government technology support contracts.
Knowledge of SharePoint-based document management solutions.
State government project experience.
Experience with accounting, auditing, or audit management systems
Familiarity with Power Platform apps, Power Automate workflows, and approval processes.
Ability to manage Development, Test, and Production support activities.
Strong status reporting, project planning, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Knowledge of incident response and Tier 2/Tier 3 support coordination.
Ability to manage compliance-driven documentation and audit records.
Understanding of role-based access controls and confidential information handling.
Ability to coordinate technical resources across SharePoint, SQL Server, PowerShell, SPFx, and Power Platform.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting document lifecycle management solutions.
Experience preparing proposal, contract, and invoice support documentation.
Experience with Agile, hybrid, or ITIL-based service delivery.
